Is this the final? If not, I have a couple suggestions you can take or leave...

Possibly make the surface on bottom have a couple smaller structures (in the foreground) or brush in a bit more of a three dimensional texture.

Also, the little rafter coming across is easily insinuated as a passageway.....maybe make it darkened black glass, and put a couple more of those around the scene, making it almost a junkyard/life scene.

The original one had more of a feather like look, maybe decrease the depth of some of the circular flares and apply the texture to the back of them, and cut off part of the circle (and continue the lines).

Also, maybe make a tentacle type thing flaring out towards the viewer, more distinguished than the rest, and play with that a little, it might give more depth to the scene.

I can definately still see some character like shapes, and that makes it more interesting. Maybe try some of these suggestions and others, and you'll have the nearly perfect peace

i think ill leave it to that for now.....ill probably work more on it some other time its already taken me over 12 hours for the complete piece
